Disclosure to third parties is permitted on the Centre’s instructions, where required by law or with the user’s consent. Retention depends on the processing purpose, legal requirements and duration of the business relationship; data is then deleted or anonymised.
5. Cross-border processing
As the Centre supports cooperation between Russian and Indian companies, enquiry information may be shared between specialists in those countries where necessary and legally permitted. The purpose, scope and required safeguards are assessed before transfer.
6. User rights
